Only remedials (including MEP) and competitions (that you are competing in) are valid excuses but you will also have to submit the form online. Other CCA activities that encroach on our regular practice time are subjected to approval. Hence, these excuses are to be submitted 3 days in advance for further clarification with the teachers in charge. Please wait for reply from us before you absent yourself from practice. After school cheering activities are not valid excuses. You are to attend practice if your class were asked to support any competition during our regular rehearsal days. All other outside events or activities are subjected to approval by us. If you were on MC, fill in 'MC' in the reason field and put your Class Teacher's name. Parents' letters will not be accepted as MC replacement.
